This is a wonderfully amusing animation cell image from the 1942 Bugs Bunny cartoon "Bugs Bunny Gets The Boid" depicting Bugs interacting and teasing a shy buzzardling who is kicked out of the nest by mama and told to at least bring back a rabbit. This is an authentic original cel used in production of the cartoon and professionally framed.

Cel animation is a classic, hand-drawn animation process that consists of drawing and painting 2D objects on celluloid (Cel), a translucent plastic sheet. On average, this technique is played back at a 12 or 24 frames speed to create the illusion of movement. Cel animation was the most common method of creating cartoons before 1990.
