Rolling Stone Collection ~ Original MFSL (factory sealed / shipping carton) ~ unopened & unplayed
~ this is number ~ [#113] ~ of a production of approximately 25,000 ~ at least that's what I understand
~ this is a unique opportunity for a collector - or - appreciating individual ~ audiophile
~ if you're local and want to inspect for a purchase ~ that's not a problem ~ I'll open the packaging [double box], but otherwise, not going to disturb the packaging ~ MFSL Original ~ shipping carton
~ please keep in mind I do have extensive photographs of the shipping carton from MFSL ~ I just don't have them immediately available
~ I had forgotten that I had packaged for immediate shipment when I went to photograph it for this listing
~ I have multiple layers of bubble wrap protecting the original shipping carton, and additional 2-inches of Styrofoam in a larger box ~ for complete protection in shipment ~ should that be required
~ furthermore ~ if you're unaware, the only way to verify sealed condition ~ of the Rolling Stones Collection ~ is the condition of the shipping carton, especially including the original MFSL packaging tape
~ in the early production of box sets (Collections), MFSL did not seal the collection itself inside the shipping carton ~ so the status of the shipping carton is of paramount importance ~ this one has not been disturbed; it is original manufacture factory sealed
~ note ~ many sellers of these remarkable collections, represent them as new ~ unplayed, when in fact they have been opened ~ and ~ once a shipping carton has been opened ~ there's no way to confirm that there are "'unused'" as their shipping carton has been compromised, thus they are not ""sealed"" with no guarantee they have been not been played ~ ""think used""
~ In the past 40-years, 'very-very few' of this remarkable collection are actually 'new original MFSL factory sealed'
~ Actually, surprisingly few and they are typically at premium pricing
~ many people pay very high prices for used ~ representatives new ~ unknowingly so ~ [be careful]
