New , Never been on a truck !!! New filter elements included !!! Will fit on older R- Model or DM Models. Early 1980's ??? The air filter is very important for the life of your engine , If there's any rust holes in your air filter housing, you could be taking in contaminated air ??? Take a look at yours !!!
