If you are initially approved with our company and if you buy according to our guidelines, we will loan you 100% of the money needed to purchase and rehab the properties you buy without having to reapply on every deal. As is always the case, we have specific requirements in terms of the deals and in terms of your qualifications, but if those requirements are met, we will, in most cases, make you the loan.
3. We will train you to manage the calls, provide you with the necessary tools and provide a mentor/coach to
guide you through the process.
